What is Spotlight?
Spotlight is a contemporary, strengths-based personality profiling tool, designed to turn self-awareness into real change. Underpinned by modern science and developed from the world of elite sport and high-performance settings.
Spotlight captures both mindset and behavioural style preferences using the models of COPE (mindset-how you view the world) and FLEX (behavioural style-how you interact with the world) to help individuals and teams adapt in the most effective way when it matters most.

Ignite
The Ignite programme will focus on ‘leading yourself’ using insights from the psychometric tool, Spotlight. This package sets the foundations for first-time people managers looking at behavioural self-awareness and mindset preferences.
As well as an in-depth report, the accompanying coaching sessions focus on real-life situations and support individuals to adapt to the early stages of managing a team.

Unleash
Building on the foundations outlined in Ignite, Unleash will evolve from ‘leading yourself’ to ‘leading others.’
We will look at energisers, motivators and triggers using insights from Spotlight.
Ongoing 1:1 coaching sessions will focus on real-life situations and support individuals to adapt to the change of managing a team.
The Unleash programme will include practical and interactive workshop sessions that equip the individual with the foundational skills and behaviours to build trust and lead a team effectively.

The learning in this programme will be interactive and experiential with take-away tasks and reflections on what is learned throughout the three months. The programme ends with setting out an ongoing plan to achieve personal goals.
Empower
Our Signature Package, Empower includes everything outlined in Ignite and Unleash, but this package takes things one step further from ‘leading yourself’ and ‘leading others’ to preparing individuals with the wider business context of ‘leading the organisation’.
‘Leading the organisation’ explores relevant employment legislation, potential business risks and how to mitigate them. Additionally, we will explore how an individual and their team impacts the wider organisational context.

Workplace Mediation
Workplace mediation is a voluntary, flexible and confidential process used for resolving disputes. It is facilitated by an independent and impartial person (mediator). Mediation is future-focused and enables participants to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions.
Outdoor Coaching (one-to-one and group)
There’s something about the combination of movement; fresh air and the sounds of nature that help people find a different perspective. There’s a lot of research available about the physical and mental benefits of being outdoors.
